Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies


1 ½ cup Butter or Shortening
2 ½ cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Milk
3 Tbsp. Vanilla
4 cup Flour
3 Tbsp. Egg Powder
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
1 small pkg. Pudding mix
2 cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until well blended. Add Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, & Egg powder; mix until blended. Stir in chips and pudding mix. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 13 min.

Thanks to my Sister-in-Law Jill. This is a yummy recipe. This year I added food processed Candy Canes to the batter. It was just enough to spice it up without getting lots of Candy Cane.
